Fairmount Park Conservancy, dedicated to enhancing Philadelphia’s parks, sought to reimagine its web platform’s information architecture to serve its community better. Using a content-context-users framework, I conducted primary research to map personas and user journeys, performed a thorough content audit, and utilized card-sorting techniques to redesign the navigation system.

Implementing a robust design system, I meticulously refined layout structures, typographical hierarchies, and harmonious color palettes, resulting in an intuitive and visually engaging user interface that greatly enhanced the overall user experience.
