How I got started in design
In 2016, my design journey took its first step when I spontaneously enrolled in a front-end development elective—an introductory product design class. This decision came during my undergraduate studies in computer engineering. To my surprise, this leap into the world of design soon revealed a clear career path marked by vibrant post-its on whiteboards and explorations within the digital realm of Figma.
From that day to today, my fascination with diverse products and design has remained unwavering, driving my continuous pursuit of creative design excellence.
What I've been working on
Since 2017, I’ve been crafting websites and user interfaces, evolving as a designer. I believe the ultimate success of any product depends on building empathetic bridges connecting stakeholders, users, and designers. Thus, through a multidisciplinary approach, I add value by collaborating across teams, conducting research, creating prototypes, and working closely with developers throughout the entire product launch. From initial research to final UI touches, I’m committed to adding value through collaborative teamwork in the entire product development process.
My approach in design
Master’s in UX and Interaction Design from Thomas Jefferson University equips me with a solid foundation and expertise. Specializing in user-centric design, UX research, strategic design, and management, I firmly believe that grasping user needs forms the essence of impactful and meaningful solutions. This belief shapes my design philosophy, ensuring a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
Beyond the pixels
I’m a knowledge sponge, so in my free time I can be found learning and continuing to grow my skills. When I’m not focused on work, I enjoy the outdoors and traveling.
